TA Property Management Packages and Fee Structure

TA Property Management has put together a group of service packages that provide a variety of options for our clients. We look after deposit collection, property viewings, background/credit checks, lease signings, guarantors and move-in/out inspections. We also specialize in rent collection and full management services.

We can oversee the day to day operation and maintenance of your properties. We have trades people from all sectors on call to solve any problems that arise. TA Property Management also has a full maintenance crew that provides services from lawn maintenance to snow removal. We are a full service company that can help you manage and maintain your income property portfolio. We're here to help you succeed.

Includes all property viewings, deposit collection, rental application, tenancy agreement and schedule "A" signing, guarantor form or credit check/background check (if applicable), post-dated cheques (if applicable) and move-in and move-out inspections (if applicable).

Fee - 75% of 1 month's rent + 4% of monthly rent
